Joanne Fazio-Gosser

Professor Fazio-Gosser holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Butler University.  She has worked her whole career for Walgreens Boots Alliance  in many different capacities.  She has served as a staff pharmacist, pharmacy manager, infusion pharmacist, clinical pharmacist  in diabetes , and a district pharmacy supervisor.  During her career at Walgreens Boot Alliance,  she always had a passion for serving as a preceptor for students of Feik School of Pharmacy and is now very excited to be a faculty member.  In her current position,  she coordinates experiential learning for UIW fourth year students. 

She has obtained many certifications throughout her career from American Pharmaceutical Association  such as diabetes management, immunization,  compounding, asthma, and MTM as well as HIV certification from University of Buffalo.  She is also a member of the Texas Pharmacist Association and Bexar County Pharmacy Association.  She is an alumni member of Rho Chi Pharmacy Honor Society and Phi Delta Chi Pharmacy Fraternity and an alumni member of the Delta Lambda Chapter of Delta Delta Delta.
