How to Apply

Interested applicants should have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be eligible for licensure in Texas.

The deadline for applications is January 1st

  • Interested candidates should apply via Cardinal Talent, https://jobs.uiw.edu/, and submit the following:
    • Curriculum vitae
    • Letter of intent
    • Unofficial transcripts
  • In addition, candidates should request three letters of recommendation from professional references of the applicant’s choosing. The letters’ of recommendation should be directly submitted by the reference to Sarah Berman, PharmD, BCCCP, berman@uiwtx.edu.
