Haley Tierce, PharmD

Pharmacotherapy Resident

Haley joins UIW from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy in Lubbock, Texas. Haley graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy in May 2020. Her areas of interest include ambulatory care, internal medicine and infectious diseases. Haley chose the FSOP pharmacotherapy residency program because of the multitude of exceptional opportunities in a variety of practice areas, allowing her to develop personally and professionally. Haley is also excited about the length of the program, allowing her to develop creative research projects, complete a teaching certificate program, and explore many career interests.
